**Please use this form if you/student are NOT a registered Parishioner and paying by cash or check.**


Information:


  • PSR classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Church attendance is on Tuesday and Thursday. PSR classes & Mass start at 7:30AM daily.
  • Register no later than August 1st to assist in determining bus schedules and classroom arrangements.
  • Annotate your willingness to volunteer below and/or email the DRE, Mrs. Connie Robben, at dre@stfrancisav.org, if interested.
  • Watch the St. Francis Church bulletin for future announcements.


Payment:


  • $60 per child for the first two children ($150 maximum). 
  • Make checks payable to "Saint Francis PSR." 
  • Options to make cash/check registration payment: Collection Basket (with names to match registration form), or Rectory/Attn: DRE, or AGS open house, or first day of PSR class.

During the year, many exciting, educational, and extracurricular opportunities will occur. Many of the opportunities warrant recognition of your child and/or his/her class for a job well done. Your child's work, accomplishments, or experience should be recognized and shared with others. My child(ren) listed in the above section may be published in the below media during the year of 2024-2025. Please place a check mark next to the options you approve of for the year of 2024-2025.
